Our robotic welding solutions are trusted by these companies
Robotic solutions have started a new era in welding automation. Well-designed robotic welding cells equal
Robotic welding has solved various challenges our customer have faced in their production. The shortage of welders and ageing workforce is a global challenge which can be solved with robotics. According to AWS, the average age of a welder is currently 58. By investing in robotic welding, you allow the next generation to embrace the technology while transferring the knowledge of the last generation to a digital format that the next generation enjoys.
Also, workplace safety is becoming a priority in the welding world. Robots can work in challenging environments and in lower temperatures with minimum rest time.
Our customers use PEMA robotic solutions to enable highly adaptive and efficient production. Investing in robotic welding solutions is part of future growth strategy for many companies and a way to maintain and develop global competitiveness.
More Efficiency
More Workforce
Better Productivity
PEMA tools for programming are developed in-house and are dedicated for welding only. The robot reads the weld and welding programs are made while the robot is welding. This increases the arc-on-ratio significantly higher.
A majority of the programming functions are automated and in the best situation the operator is only observing.
Robotic welding solutions are operational 24/7 and replace manual, time-consuming work-steps. Typically, one robot can replace from three to five welders, allowing human talent to be re-assigned for more productive tasks.
In addition to improved welding efficiency, the benefits are visible in other production phases as well. Welding automation can for example help to create a better understanding of the production and increase predictability.
“Throughput, planning, and scheduling of our production are working now a lot better. Automated welding requires the designing to pay more attention to details, so our 3D models have also improved. Additionally, we’ve been able to develop our product modularity.”

In all robotic welding solutions Pemamek is the main integrator with in house design, software development, manufacturing, assembly, welding process verification and testing and project management. Pemamek has responsibility of the full delivery.
The delivery includes analysis and ramp-up services such as studying the customers work pieces to find the right welding processes, optimized welding parameters and workflows.
Our customers get proven technology and process knowledge through in-house welding engineers, software development, design, and production. Extensive operating and programming training on the other hand enables fast ramp-up and facilitates transition.
The service includes testing with the customer’s workpiece and extensive final tests at the PEMA Factory prior to shipping. No surprises occure during final commissioning.

PEMA WeldControl 300 product family is designed so that no extra hours will be spent on programming. PEMA WeldControl 300 SCAN software is a tremendous aid for a welder: it is fast to program and easy to use. In order to run the production process, one interface needs only one operator and robots. Thanks to the simplicity of the system, the usage of robots can be adapted a lot faster and they are used more efficiently.
PEMA WeldControl 300 OFFLINE level of the software is developed for 3D-CAD-based offline programming.
PEMA CellControl, together with FMS LineManager, controls the material flow and the automatic work-cycles in PEMA stations. Together they create and control job queues for the workpieces.
