PEMA APSi welding positioners

Many models within the PEMA Skymaster APSi series support smooth, continuous rotation, ideal for cylindrical and circular welding tasks, making them highly suitable as rotary welding positioners. Designed to handle heavy workpieces, they’re suitable for industrial applications where weight capacity is crucial. The series includes models that offer both horizontal rotation (similar to a welding turntable) and multi-axis capabilities for more complex positioning.

PEMA APSi series includes positioners suitable for turntable and rotary applications. The PEMA APSi series is well-known for providing versatile and robust positioning solutions, including models that offer continuous 360-degree rotation and are ideal for rotary welding needs.

PEMA SPSi positioners

When it comes to handling heavy work-pieces with intricate product geometries, PEMA SPSi Skyhook PRO positioners are your go-to solution. Compared to APSi positioners, SPSi offers more freedom and flexibility around the workpiece.

PEMA SPSI positioners are better for large, heavy pieces needing more flexible access. With only one support point, the workpiece can be rotated and tilted in more directions, making it easier for workers or machines to reach all sides.

PEMA HPS headstock and TPS tailstock

PEMA HPS headstock and TPS tailstock positioners are specifically designed for long, revolving work-pieces. A typical application includes manufacturing of wind towers, trailer frames, pipes or beams. Loading capacity ranges between 7 700 – 88 000 lbs (3 500 – 40 000 kg).

PEMA Megamaster

PEMA Megamaster positioners are designed for automated welding processes where positioning and tilting of extra large and heavy work-pieces is needed. Features of FPS positioners are motorized inverters or servo controlled rotation controls, but also strengthened rotation torque and hydraulic or motorized tilting with the needed adjustments.
