We will also introduce the new PEMA Skytrack compact robotic welding system and the updated VRWP-C compact robotic solution.

Launching the PEMA Skytrack:

PEMA Skytrack is a perfect solution for any workshop looking for a solution to streamline their production. The compact robotic welding system is operated with PEMA WeldControl 300 offline software which enables preprogramming and ensures maximized arc-on time for the robot. The Skytrack also features the intelligent PEMA Skyhook Positioner with an integrated robot track.

New features in VRWP-C:

This vision robot portal is designed for automatic welding of sub-assemblies, bulkheads and other smaller elements. The solution uses the well-known WeldControl 200 software which enables the operator to define welding paths automatically. The operator is controlling the activities aside of the station and typically prepares the next workpieces while the robot is welding the elements on the working area. VRWP-C needs only a small footprint and the commissioning and start-up of the machine happens within a week.
