PEMA HPS headstock and TPS tailstock positioners are specifically designed for long, revolving work-pieces. A typical application includes manufacturing of wind towers, trailer frames, pipes or beams. Loading capacity ranges between 3 500 – 40 000 kg (7 700 – 88 000 lbs).
Main Features
PEMA HPS headstock – motorised rotation & stepless height adjustment
PEMA TPS tailstock – free-rotating table plate, adjustable height
Suits best for handling long and elongated work-pieces, such as wind towers, trailer frames, pipes and beams
Versatile headstock can be used either with or without tailstock
