PEMA SPSi Skyhook positioners are built for heavy and demanding work-pieces. With SPSi Skyhook, work-pieces are easily set up to variety of working positions. The loading capacity range is between 750 – 10 000kg (1 650 – 22 050 lbs).
PEMA Megamaster positioners are designed for automated welding processes where positioning and tilting of extra large and heavy work-pieces is needed. Features of FPS positioners are motorized inverters or servo controlled rotation controls, but also strengthened rotation torque and hydraulic or motorized tilting with the needed adjustments.
PEMA HPS headstock and TPS tailstock positioners are specifically designed for long, revolving work-pieces. A typical application includes manufacturing of wind towers, trailer frames, pipes or beams. Loading capacity ranges between 3 500 – 40 000 kg (7 700 – 88 000 lbs).
