Welding with “camera-to-program” method
SHIPBUILDING
PEMA VRWP-C is a compact robot welding solution for micro-panel production. PEMA VRWP-C is fast to install with minimum civil work, and it can replace up to four manual welders.
The system is compatible with PEMA VRWP and upgradable for Vision 2D users.
Offline programming for robotic welding
ROBOTIC WELDING
PEMA WeldControl Offline is a powerful tool for heavy robotic welding. It’s ideal for one-off production and high-mix, low-volume jobs with complex welds and varying groove geometries. Program offline to boost efficiency, quality, and uptime.
Nozzle welding with laser scanning
OFFSHORE & PROCESS
PEMA Nozzle Welding solution for pressure vessels automates the nozzle welding process.
Optimal for workpieces that contain thick plates and large, prepared grooves. Automatic creation of robotic welding programs based on laser-scanned groove geometry.
Adaptive multi-pass welding
GENERAL FABRICATION
PEMA WeldControl 500 software system is used to control automated multi-pass-welding and adaptive filling functions.
It processes data acquired via laser scan and generates weld paths based on the data and parameters programmed by welding engineers.
