SHIPBUILDING
PEMA VRWP-C is a compact robot welding solution for micro-panel production. PEMA VRWP-C is fast to install with minimum civil work, and it can replace up to four manual welders.

VISION 3D
One of Pemamek’s latest software developments is Vision 3D. It revolutionizes flat panel welding by automatically generating 3D models from scanned workpieces, eliminating the need for manual modeling, and is compatible with PEMA VRWP and upgradable for Vision 2D users.
PEMA NOZZLE STATION
OFFSHORE & PROCESS
PEMA Nozzle Welding solution for pressure vessels automates the nozzle welding process. PEMA Nozzle Welding station is optimal for workpieces that contain thick plates and large, prepared grooves, and it enables the automatic creation of robotic welding programs based on laser-scanned groove geometry. The solution enables time savings and a reduced defect rate.
FLEXIBLE MANUFACTURING SYSTEM
PEMA FMS
PEMA FMS is a software-controlled tool consisting of production lines that automize material handling and welding processes based on a predefined route. The system mitigates manual interventions while increasing performance and flexibility. It is designed to overcome the most common industry challenges.
